I don't have an invite code.
You do not need one. Create an account and you are on the free plan: four estimates a month. The invite code field is optional and only applies if somebody sent you a code.
My access has ended, or I ran out of estimates.
When full access on an older trial or a paid plan runs out, the account moves to the free plan, four estimates a month, rather than locking. Email us if that is not what you see. An account opened on an invite code runs for whatever term that code carried.
Can I subscribe in the iPhone app?
No. Accounts and billing are handled on this website. The app signs you in and does the work; it never takes a payment.
The estimate looks wrong.
It is a draft for a trained estimator to review, not a final figure. Every line is editable. If something is consistently wrong, tell us what car and what damage and we will look at it.
Market value is unavailable.
Vehicle values come from a third-party service that is occasionally slow or does not know a particular VIN. The estimate still works without it.
