Pending measurement. There is no accuracy percentage on this site, because none has been taken against completed repair orders yet. When one exists it will be published with its sample size and its method.

Why both counts are published

The harvested document count and the parsed estimate count are different things, and quoting only the larger one would describe a corpus several times the size of the one actually measured. Every figure carries its sample size, including the thin ones, and the pages say what was left out and why.

The workflow

Six steps, standing next to the car.

It runs in the browser on the phone your estimator already carries. Nothing to buy, nothing on the shop’s computers, no server to stand up. Add it to the home screen and it opens from an icon, full screen. That is the entire setup.

    Identify the vehicle

    Scan the VIN off the door jamb. The check digit is validated on the phone before anything is sent. If the plate is unreadable you type the vehicle instead, and if the car has been through the bay before, the shop’s own history fills in the submodel that VIN decoders routinely leave blank.

  2. 02

    Capture or upload the damage

    Four prompted angles, front three-quarter, direct, rear three-quarter and close-up, with room for more. Or hold the phone on the impact and walk an arc while the shutter fires as you move. A tech who walked out to a car should be told what to shoot, not handed an empty file picker.

  3. 03

    Confirm what is actually damaged

    It writes what is visible and says so. Observations the model was not sure about are dropped, along with the access, calibration and scan operations that only existed to serve them. Nothing working from photographs finds hidden damage, and the teardown is what supplements are for.

  4. 04

    Generate the first write

    Line items come back separately: panel, repair action, labor hours, parts and dollars, with an OEM part number where the estimator was confident enough to name one, and a repair-or-total read against the vehicle’s market value.

  5. 05

    Review parts, labor and repair logic

    Every line is editable. The estimator changes hours, swaps an action, corrects a part, and the totals follow. It removes the blank screen, not the estimator.

    Export or keep going

    A branded PDF with your shop name at the top, laid out the way an adjuster already reads one, or straight back into the estimate to reprice it at another rate table.

The same damage is a different number at every rate table.

Eight carriers, measured from their own estimates, pay within a few dollars an hour of each other for body and refinish. A shop’s posted card sits at 2.1–2.5× that figure. Every estimate here is repriced across all nine profiles, hours and parts untouched, each with its own total-loss verdict.

Every plan includes every feature.

The tiers are volume. What a shop runs out of is estimates, so that is what they buy, and every plan includes every feature. Seats come with them because a job passes through more than one pair of hands: a technician shooting the damage in the bay, an estimator reviewing the draft, an owner approving what goes out. 1 to 5 seats depending on the plan, and more can be added. Billed monthly, with an annual option.

Before you ask

Does this replace CCC or Mitchell?

No. It writes a first draft you can compare against whatever your carrier work already runs through. CCC and Mitchell are separate products from separate companies and there is no affiliation between them and EstimateLogic Pro.

How accurate is it?

There is no accuracy percentage on this site, because none has been measured against completed repair orders yet. When one exists it will be published with its sample size and its method. Individual jobs are published as cases, one at a time, including where the estimate ran over.

Will it find hidden damage?

No. Nothing working from photographs can. It writes what is visible and the teardown finds the rest, which is what supplements are for. Every line it writes is editable by the estimator.

Do you have a relationship with any insurer?

No. There is no carrier feed, no data-sharing arrangement and no endorsement from any insurer. The rate profiles are measured from estimate documents that carriers sent to a working repair shop, and each one is published with the number of documents behind it.

Do you train on my estimates?

No. A customer shop’s estimates are not published, sold, or used as examples. The cases on this site are the operating shop’s own repair orders.

What does it cost, and is there a contract?

Plans are billed monthly, with an annual option, and every plan includes every feature. The tiers are sized by how many estimates a month you write, and each one carries seats for the people who touch a job: whoever shoots the photos, whoever reviews the draft, whoever approves it.
