For dealership collision and recon

Recon volume and collision work have the same bottleneck: somebody has to write the first estimate.

Recon throughput

Trade-in appraisal and reconditioning need a fast, defensible number on damage that is usually cosmetic and always numerous. A first write at the vehicle, from photographs, is the part that scales.

OEM parts, by number

8,564 factory part numbers with list prices across Audi, BMW, Ford, GM, Mercedes-Benz, Mopar, Porsche, which covers the makes most dealer groups actually turn. A line comes back with the number the parts department would order against.

Carrier work

For the collision side, the same measured carrier rate profiles apply, so a dealer body shop writing insurance work sees the same rate distinction an independent does.

Before you ask

Does it integrate with our DMS?

No. There is no DMS integration today.

Can we use it for appraisal only?

Yes. Nothing requires the estimate to become a repair order.

Multiple rooftops?

Centralised multi-location administration is not built. See the multi-shop operator page for what that means in practice.

Run it on damage you have already written

Accounts are created by hand, usually within a business day. Bring your own photographs and a repair order you have already closed, so you can see how close it lands before you decide. No card, no trial timer.
