For independent appraisers
An appraisal is an argument. The measurements on this site are built to be cited.
Documented rather than asserted
Every figure published here carries its sample size and its method: 6,874 line items from 169 parsed carrier estimates across 15 insurers, and 912 repair-versus-replace decisions across 20 panels. Where a sample is thin the page says so rather than rounding it into confidence.
Field workflow
Capture at the vehicle on a phone, VIN validated before submission, odometer read from the cluster, and a PDF at the end. Built for standing in a driveway rather than sitting at a desk.
What it will not do
It will not certify a value, guarantee a settlement, or substitute for your judgement. It produces a draft and the appraiser remains the author.
Before you ask
Can I cite the measured pages?
Yes. They publish the sample size, the inclusion criteria and the limitations for exactly that reason.
Is the data licensed from a vendor?
No. It was collected from documents received running a collision shop, and it is published in aggregate only.
Do you support total loss valuation?
Market value is retrieved per vehicle and a repair-or-total judgement is presented, but this is not a total loss valuation product.
Run it on damage you have already written
Accounts are created by hand, usually within a business day. Bring your own photographs and a repair order you have already closed, so you can see how close it lands before you decide. No card, no trial timer.
