For collision centers

When several estimators write against the same rate card, consistency is worth more than individual speed.

The consistency problem

Two estimators looking at the same damage produce two different estimates, and the difference is rarely about the car. It is about which operations each of them habitually includes. A common first write narrows that before anyone starts editing.

Rate discipline

The most expensive recurring error is applying the wrong rate profile to insurance work. The product prices the same hours across profiles explicitly, so writing a carrier job at retail is a visible choice rather than an accident.

Repair versus replace, measured

912 adjuster decisions across 20 panels, with the sample size published on every row. Useful when an estimator wants to know what carriers actually did with a panel rather than what the shop usually does.

Before you ask

How many seats are included?

One per plan, with extra seats at $100 each.

Can we set our own rate card?

Not yet. Every estimate is priced against the same fixed set of profiles: the shop retail rate, and nine carrier rates measured off real estimates. Per-account rates are not built. Your sales tax rate IS set per account, and that does move the total.

Is there an audit trail?

Estimates are stored against the account with their inputs. Full multi-user audit history is not built yet and this page will not claim it is.

Run it on damage you have already written

Accounts are created by hand, usually within a business day. Bring your own photographs and a repair order you have already closed, so you can see how close it lands before you decide. No card, no trial timer.
