Seats and extra estimates are add-ons, priced below. Past the published plans, Enterprise is priced per account.

The published plans stop at 40 estimates a month. Past that the allowance, the term and the setup are set on the account itself, so there is no printed figure to quote you.
Add-ons
Seats and estimates both scale with the tier, and both are extendable at the same price on every one. Seats on a plan share that plan’s monthly estimates rather than each carrying their own.

Per additional block of 10, bought when you need them. They do not expire mid-month. Deliberately dearer per estimate than any plan includes, so a shop that needs them every month is better off on the tier above.
Pay for the year up front and you pay for ten months instead of twelve. The setup fee is charged once either way.
What onboarding includes
Setup is not a software-installation charge. Nothing gets installed. It covers configuration of EstimateLogic Pro around the way your shop writes estimates, and it is charged once whichever billing cycle you pick.
- Your shop on your account
- You create the sign-in yourself on the signup form, in about a minute. Setup is your shop attached to it, one shop per account, so what comes out carries your details rather than a default.
- Your shop on the document
- The shop name on the account heads every estimate PDF and prints in its footer, so what you hand a customer or an adjuster carries your name and not ours.
- Your sales tax rate
- Set per shop at setup and applied to every total the estimator produces. It defaults to 6.5% for Florida, which is the wrong number for everyone outside it until it is changed.
- Your plan, written onto the account
- The monthly estimate allowance and the access window live on the account itself, so what the app lets you do is the plan you agreed to rather than an honour system.
- A first run on a job you already settled
- Bring the photos and the figure the repair actually closed at, and the first estimate is set up on that job instead of on a demo car, so you are reading your own work back.

- You create it yourself at /signup, in about a minute. No card, no invite code, and the free plan writes four estimates a month. A code is still how a longer pilot gets issued by hand, and one you already hold still works for whatever term it was minted with.
- Does anything need installing?
- Nothing is required. On an iPhone, the free EstimateLogic Pro app is on the App Store. On any other phone it runs in the browser: add it to the home screen and it opens full-screen straight onto the VIN scanner, because that is where the job starts.
- What is the estimate grounded on, and do you train on my work?
- Carrier estimates of record. 1,933 carrier-paid comp lines from 232 parsed carrier documents across 14 named insurers, plus repair-or-replace rates measured over 1,012 panel decisions, go into the prompt on every estimate. That is what the number is anchored to. Nothing is trained: no model is fine-tuned here and nothing is uploaded to a provider for tuning. Your estimates are not published, sold, used as examples, or fed into any index, and the corpus carries no VIN and no claim number.
- What happens to the photos?
- They upload to our storage and stay attached to the estimate, so a result can be re-run on the same shoot without walking back out to the car.
- How does billing work?
- Card, through Stripe, on whichever plan you pick above. Nothing is charged on the free plan and there is no card on file until you choose a paid one, so nothing renews on its own before then. The one-time setup fee is billed on the first invoice only. The iPhone app never asks for payment.
- We run more than one location. Which plan?
- None of the three. Volume past the published plans is the Enterprise tier, which is priced per account rather than off this table. The Enterprise page also lists what is not built for multi-location operators, which is the part worth reading before a demo rather than after.
